Replacing your card

If your credit, debit, or ATM card is damaged, you can easily request a replacement card, here’s how.

For credit cards

Log in to the PenFed mobile app or PenFed Online
Find and click your credit card account
On the Account Details page, click Replace Card
Complete the order details and click Next

For debit and ATM cards

Log in to PenFed Online
Find and click your checking or savings account linked to your card
On the Account Details page, click Replace Card
Complete the order details and click Next

Your replacement card should arrive within ten business days
