You can redeem your rewards in just a few minutes online and even set up auto-redemption so you never miss out on your cash back.
FAQs
Log into your account at PenFed Online or the PenFed mobile app.
For Power Cash Rewards, you can redeem your cash back as a recurring or one-time statement credit or to your PenFed checking or savings account.
For Platinum Rewards and Pathfinder Rewards, you can redeem your points for travel, merchandise, and gift cards.
Rewards earned with your Power Cash Rewards card never expire.
Platinum Rewards and Pathfinder Rewards points expire 5 years from the end of the month in which they are earned.
You can use partial pay to cover the balance of the redemption cost. Partial pay allows you to combine points and a PenFed credit or debit card to cover the full redemption amount of the item. Gift cards are not eligible for partial pay.
